My University 🎓📚




 My University is visual and performing Arts. University is visual and performing Arts is a public university located primarily in Colombo, Sri Lanka.I am still a first year student in my university.specialising in art, design, fashion and the performing arts. It was formerly known as the Government College of Fine Arts, Heywood Institute of Art and the Institute of Aesthetic Studies of the University of Ceylon. It has no known date of foundation, but there is evidence of teaching as far back as 1893. It is the only university in Sri Lanka to exclusively offer special degree programs in visual and performing arts.

There are Three Faculties here.

          01) Faculty of Dance and Drama 🎭
          02) Faculty of Music 🎸
          03) Faculty of Visual Ats ✏️

I collect valuable things from university. I meet a lot of friends because of the university. They are very talented. I will finally complete my studies and graduate and became a useful person for country. I got a new life because of the university. I love my university very Mutch.

           Sri Lanka’s Traditional dancing is a one major reason that attract foreign tourists to sri lanka. There are three main styles of Sri Lankan classical dance: The Kandyan dances of the Hill Country, known as Uda Rata Natum; The low country dances of the southern plains, known as Pahatha Rata Natum; Sabaragamuwa dances, or Sabaragamuwa Natum. Kandyan dance takes its name from Kandy, the last royal capital of  Sri Lanka , which is situated about 120 kilometers from the modern capital at Colombo.
